These custom cutting boards are made with 1/2" High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and feature circular cutouts with a contrasting red circle inlaid.
The circular cutout and circular insert are precision milled, beveled, heat welded, and then sanded to ensure a smooth and easy-to-clean cutting surface.
The FDA has approved HDPE for use in the food processing industry in a variety of colors. It makes for an excellent cutting board material as it is highly durable, soft to not dull knives, non-porous, and sanitary.
